Your body already knows what you feel.
ThinkFeel.Live helps you listen.
An iOS application that bridges the gap between physical sensation and emotional language. For those who think clearly but feel puzzled by their own inner weather.
Coming soon to the iOS and macOS App Store

The space between knowing and feeling
You notice your shoulders are tense. Your chest feels tight. Something is happening, but when asked how you feel, the honest answer is: "I don't know."
This is not a deficiency. It is a pattern—one that affects roughly 10% of the population and far more in moments of stress or overwhelm. The technical term is alexithymia: difficulty identifying and describing emotions. But labels matter less than the experience itself.
You have developed other strengths. Analysis. Logic. The ability to solve problems that would overwhelm others. These are genuine gifts, not compensations.
What if those same gifts could be turned inward?
The body teaches the mind
ThinkFeel.Live begins where you already are—in physical sensation. Rather than asking you to name emotions you cannot access, the application helps you notice what your body already registers.
A tightness in your jaw. A warmth in your chest. The rhythm of your heart between beats.
Over time, patterns emerge. Certain sensations tend to accompany certain situations. Words that once felt arbitrary begin to attach to recognizable experiences. This is not learning emotions from the outside. It is recognizing what was always present but unnamed.

What the application offers
Body Scanner
Notice what's present
A guided practice for attending to physical sensation. The application directs attention through different body regions, capturing what you observe without judgment or interpretation. Over weeks and months, you build a map of your own somatic landscape.
HRV Coach
Your heart's variability, visible
Heart rate variability—the subtle fluctuation between beats—reflects emotional regulation in real time. Through Apple Watch integration, ThinkFeel.Live makes this invisible signal visible. Breathing guidance helps optimize coherence. The abstract becomes concrete.
Emotion Vocabulary
Words that fit
The application introduces emotional vocabulary progressively, connected to physical sensations and contexts you've already observed. Not a dictionary to memorize, but a language that grows from experience. Including words from other cultures that capture experiences English lacks names for.
Micro-Interventions
Brief moments of attention
Short practices delivered at moments that tend to matter for you. The application learns your patterns and offers check-ins when they might be useful—not intrusive, and always dismissible. Ninety seconds can be enough.
Reflection Journal
Voice to insight
Speak what you notice. The application captures your words and, over time, identifies patterns you might not see yourself. Not interpretation imposed from outside, but your own observations reflected back with new clarity.
Built on evidence
ThinkFeel.Live integrates research from multiple fields:
Interoceptive awareness
The growing body of work on sensing internal bodily states and its relationship to emotional intelligence.
Heart rate variability
Decades of research on HRV as both marker and intervention target for emotional regulation.
Emotion granularity
The finding that finer distinctions in emotional vocabulary correlate with better emotional functioning.
Alexithymia treatment
Clinical approaches that emphasize somatic awareness as a pathway to emotional access.
The application translates research into practice—not as a medical device, but as a training tool grounded in evidence.
A gradual unfolding
Foundation · Weeks 1-4
Learning to notice
Body scanning fundamentals. HRV monitoring introduction. Building the habit of attention without the pressure of interpretation.
Integration · Weeks 5-8
Connecting sensation to language
Emotion vocabulary expansion. Pattern recognition across situations. The first connections between what you feel physically and what you might name emotionally.
Fluency · Weeks 9-12
Speaking the inner language
Applying awareness in daily life. Refined vocabulary for nuanced states. The capacity to answer "how do you feel?" with something more than "fine" or "I don't know."
Progress is not linear. Some weeks will feel like breakthroughs; others will feel like plateaus. Both are part of the process.
From those who recognize this experience
"For years I thought I was just 'not emotional.' Turns out I had emotions—I just couldn't feel them. ThinkFeel.Live gave me a way in."
"The HRV visualization was the turning point. Seeing my nervous system respond to things I thought didn't affect me. That was data I could trust."
"I appreciated that it didn't try to make me feel things. It just helped me notice what was already there."
Across the Apple ecosystem
ThinkFeel.Live works across iPhone, Apple Watch, and Mac. Your data stays yours—encrypted end-to-end, processed on-device wherever possible.

Waitlist members will receive early access and founding member pricing when the application launches.
Questions that may arise
No. ThinkFeel.Live is a self-directed training tool, not a therapeutic intervention or medical device. It may complement therapy but does not replace professional care.
The application works without one, but HRV features require Apple Watch. Body scanning, emotion vocabulary, and journaling are available on iPhone alone.
Individual responses vary considerably. Some users report shifts within weeks; for others, the process unfolds over months. The application tracks your progress relative to your own baseline.
Sensitive data is processed on your device using Core ML. What syncs to iCloud is encrypted end-to-end. We cannot access your emotional data even if compelled. You control what is stored and can delete everything at any time.
The application is designed with alexithymia in mind, but emotional awareness exists on a spectrum. Many people who would not meet clinical criteria nevertheless find that their relationship to emotion is more distant than they would prefer.
